Description:

BIO VIS 3000 is a modified Bio Degradable High Viscosity Polymer, it is effectively a Xanthan Gum Polymer substitute used to viscosify and improve the rheological properties of water based muds systems

Xanthum Gum alternative is organic in nature, is a water Soluble Polysaccharide produced by a specalized fermentation process  and provides high viscosity and Low Shear rate viscosity (LSRV) and enhances Suspension properties for use in Fresh Water Mud and Salt water Mud systems. It is primarily a high performance viscosifier and also works as fluid loss additives and is very effective in high salt systems and in the presence of contaminants. 

BIO VIS is used in a wide variety of water base Mud Systems , workover and Completion Fluids and for Horizontal Drilling applications 

Application:

Xanthan Gum Substitute manfuctured by Global Drilling Fluids and Chemicals ltd is used in drilling and completion fluids to enhance their rheology, ensuring efficient whole cleaning. It provides optimum hole cleaning and suspension qualities. It is compatible with most Water Based Drilling fluids, Completion and Workover fluids and is completely water soluble and provides excellent  high Sheer viscosity  and Low Shear viscosity.
