Hydroxyl Ethyl Cellulose used to provide rheology Stability and filtration Control in all types of water based Drilling Fluid Systems. It is Non ionic water and acid soluble Polymer derived from cellulose.

Application:

Hydroxyl Ethyl Cellulose (HEC) is very effective filtration control additive. It can be used effectively in most mud systems. It reduces fluid Loss and increases viscosity. It is used to produce solutions having a wide range of viscosity.

Usage:

The recommended normal treatment ranges from 2-6 lb/bbl (5.7-17.1 Kg/m3) depending on the makeup water chemistry or the Desired Fluid Loss .Higher concentrations are required in brine Systems.

Hydroxyl Ethyl Cellulose is packed in 25kg/50 Lbs (22.68 Kg) sacks. Private Labeling and customized packaging is also available on request.
