Description:

Latex Polymer  is high performance water Dispersible Latex polymer Based Copolymer used as a Shale Control and Sealant in Water Based Mud Systems used to provide a Chemicals Shield that seals micro fractured Formations. This High performance Latex additive acts as Sealant and Provides Excellent bridging Characteristics and Clay Hydration and Excellent Fluid Loss control and HTHP.

LATEX SHEILD  (LATEX POLYMER) manufactured by GDFCL is  water Dispersible and is Fully compatible with all water based mud Systems and High performance Drilling Fluids  in Fresh water, Salt water and Saturated Salt water Systems and In the presence of contaminants, glycol and Polyglycol Systems, KCL and KCL- Polymer mud Systems. It improves Wellbore Stability and Provides Excellent Shale Control and Fluid Loss control,  reduced drilling fluid pressure invasion when used to drill in shale formations, Prevents Clay Hydrations and Forms a very effective Wellbore Seal.

• Used in all water base mud Systems including High performance mud Systems, High Salinity Systems, and Polymer Mud Systems.

Packaging:

LATEX SHEILD (LATEX POLYMER) is packed in 5 Gallon/19 Liters cans , 55 Gallon/208 Liters drums or 1000 Liter IBC Private Labeling and customized packaging is also available on request.

Storage Recommendation:

Store  between  temperatures  of  +  5°C  and  40°C.Keep  containers  closed  when  not  in  use. Protect from freezing and direct exposure to sunlight.

Safety and Handling:

Material must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
